easy access to kaaba and local attractions for city roaming
I loved how close I was to the Kaaba, making my daily visits so easy. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores, perfect for grabbing snacks before heading out for long walks around the city.

The hotel's location was ideal for accessing key sites.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The carpet still had dirt, and there were issues with leaking sinks in both of my bathrooms. Additionally, we faced recurring problems with our room keys not working, necessitating multiple trips to the front desk, which became quite frustrating during my two-night stay.

Staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English well. The shuttle service to the Haram was frequent and efficient, enhancing the overall experience.
Room amenities were lacking. I found no plates or cutlery in the kitchenette. Cleanliness issues could arise due to staffing.

The shuttle service was super convenient, allowing my family to easily get to Haram without any hassle, and we loved the cozy little café in the lobby for quick snacks. There were nice relaxation spots, like the lounge area and the on-site restaurant, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only hiccup was the small shower area, but it didn't spoil our great time overall! 😊

I stayed for 4 nights and the shuttle service to Haram was a great help, always on time. The rooms were clean and I loved having a kitchenette which came in handy to keep our snacks and drinks.
It was not exactly inexpensive but it was still bearable.

missingWrote a review on 08 Aprconvenient locationdelicious beef dishesinconsistent shuttle servicechallenging walkwaycleanliness issues
The location offers convenient access to groceries and restaurants within walking distance, and the beef dishes served were particularly enjoyable. However, the shuttle service to the Haram was inconsistent, and navigating the uphill walkway to the mosque could be challenging, especially for older guests or those with mobility issues. The cleanliness of the bathrooms left room for improvement, with a particularly cramped shower area that could easily get messy.
